Monthly invoices can be provided for insurance purposes upon request. Every insurance provides different coverage and reimbursement rates and co-pay. Patients are responsible for verifying their benefit coverage as well as adjustments in deductible and co-pays. Heru Consulting will provide assistance in determining eligibility as well.
